Like many parents before him, Nicholas has been battling the system against parental alienation, false allegations, obstruction, belittling, intimidation, duress, coercion, fraud and extortion. By coming on the show, his intention is to help expose the corruption and tactics used by the system in their process to deprives a parent of their constitutional and civil rights/liberties. It is a parents unalienable God given right to raise and be a part of their children lives. The advice he wishes to relay to the listeners is to avoid family law courts at any cost. If you happen to be or may go through a dissolution or partnership separation which involving children, do not use your children as a weapon against the other parents. You will only be hurting your children in the worst way possible. There are other options.
