Episode 50 – A Case of Paternity Fraud. Your Host; Brian, Co-Host; Steven, April & Angela

Join us tonight, Thursday, 7-9p.m. EST., 6-8p.m. CST., 5-7p.m. MST., 4-6p.m. PST. for Episode 50 as we will be welcoming our guests from Oregon, Ryan McCuistion & Wife Kelly. Ryan is a father of 5 biological children and 1 non-biological child that is the cause of my life's nightmare. I have been exposing paternity fraud where I was defrauded into believing I had gotten a girl pregnant because of a one-night stand. Approximately 6 months after the fling, she called saying I was going to be a father. I tried to do "the right thing". I tried to make a go of a relationship with her, but it didn’t work out. The child was born, and I was pressured into signed a Paternity affidavit, without knowing what I was signing. Custody and CP were initiated and I was awarded 12% time with the child. During a visit, a callous comment made by my mother led to suspicions. The next visit I had, I took a home DNA test. I also had an official lab test performed with security protocols taken. Both were NEGATIVE! I demanded my name be removed from the birth certificate since I was “NOT” the father. It was Denied! No accountability as to mother's actions. This child has a father somewhere and her identity crisis has been caused by her own mother who just won't tell the truth. What began as alienation, so I thought, became a path for truth and justice along with extortion (child support). Message to listeners is to educate yourself, your children, family members and friends. Educate them about paternity fraud and child support corruption and how the system doesn't care who the biological father is. The system only cares about money, NOT the true “in the best interests of the children”. No state so far has a successful guarantee to disestablish paternity for non-biological fathers.
