Please join us Sunday, April 2nd from 9-11 pm EST, 8-10 pm CST, 7-9 pm MST, 6-8 pm PST for Episode 51: False Abuse Allegations Lead to Court Sanctioned Child Alienation.

Our Guest for the show is our very own Steven Ball, a.k.a. Steve. Washington is his home state and Puyallup is his home town. Steve is a father of 2 beautiful daughters, a 17 year old who wil be 18 next month and the youngest is 4. Steve has been a victim of the family court system since July of 2000. His case begins with a petition for a domestic violence order of protection requested under false accusations. Over the course of time, Steve has dealt with corrupt Judges (in the form of not protecting constitutional rights or even following Washington State law while serving on the bench). Steve was forced to deal with allegations through Child Protective Services(CPS) and a Guardian Ad Litem(GAL) who both called him a liar and minimized truly valid concerns he had regarding the protection, safety and overall well-being of his child, who suffered severe abuse at age 6 while in the other parent’s care.

It is his hope to not just tell his story, but to validate to others that these problems still exist today and not only can we all expose these wrong doings, but we can and have the ability to change what is considered status quo today.

Steve’s advice to listeners is to stop living silently. Knowing that this is happening to you or around you and remaining silent is equally just as bad as being the person who committed the actual atrocities themselves. He views it no different than turning a blind eye and encourages listeners to stop letting the abuse happen to their children or to the children of their peers. The voice who stands up for justice is the voice who speaks out for all, NOT just for themselves.
