Our guest for April 9th, 2017 is Jose Munoz, aka Joey, of San Diego, California. Joey is an American Father of three beautiful girls. Joey considers himself an average man just trying to find happiness in his life, happiness with life, love and his children. Joey often struggles with the laziness and corruptions of San Diego County Family courts, not with just one but three different family law cases. We focus on one of these cases now to bring light to a dark situation revolving around the realms of International Parental Abduction. Joey's daughter, Vanessa Uybungco, has been missing since June of 2013. Arrest warrants were issued for the arrest of non-custodial mother, Maria "Magda" Cortes, by the State of California and the District Attorney's Office in grouping with the County Child Abduction Unit.Joey's advice to listeners is to never settle for anything less than what your child deserves- to be able to go home where their heart is and if a "taking parent" feels entitlement in abducting your child, there ARE people out there literally waiting to help you try and find them. Joey's message is to never give up on finding your loved ones no matter how difficult it can become and to please remember that there are people who love and support you, even when you feel hopeless; hold onto that because there will be some dark days of sadness but there can be light. Please join us while we share his tragic story of kidnapping, loss and love. Let us share the outrages of news that has only recently unveiled itself and how the government in the United States really treats families victimized by International Parental Abduction.
