Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy have changed. We think you'll like them better this way.
The fourth amendment to the constitution guarantees the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures, and is often argued as protecting our right to privacy. The Constitution, through the Fourth Amendment, protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law (plagiarized off Google; thanks, guys).
This is NOT the "gun control" show. Tonight we'll be discussing what loss of privacy means to our sense of identity as women. This affects everything from my inability to restrict male guests from my AirBNB unit to the mandated clear backpacks now being used at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. This is about sensitivity to the female experience of being incarcerated so family court can declare Emergency Jurisdiction over YOUR CHILDREN for the purpose of giving them away to CPS or to your ex husband! We don't discuss this NEARLY enough, the principles of turbo habeas that uniquely restrict a woman's right to mother her own children. Do a Google search if you don't believe me.
