           ROGER RABBIT is taking his Criminal Complaint that was presented in White Plains New York by the District Attorney Investigator (BEAR).    The matter is pending for PRE TRIAL HEARING on February 18th in NEW YORK.     ROGER RABBIT the ATTORNEY IN FACT and no longer has an STATE BAR LICENSED ATTORNEY and the COURT OF RECORD refuses to allow the ATTORNEY to SUBSTITION OF ATTORNEY leaving ROGER RABBIT without a voice in the COURT.         The ATTORNEY is engaged in WILLFUL SUPPRESSION of the JURY VERDICT which proves that his MOTHER was of SUI JURIS CAPACITY based on the TRUST INSTRUENT.     ROGER RABBIT was the TRUSTEE and the JURY VERDICT proved CAPACITY on MOTHER and STANDING RULE 56 on the basis of the VALIDITY of the TRUST INSTRUMENT and the CIRCUMSTANCES that surrounded the matter.       The BEAR engaged with the PRINCESS and set ROGER RABBIT via a BRADY DISCLOSURE VIOLATION and PARALLEL CONSTRUCTION and WILLFUL SUPPRESSION and SPOILATION OF EVIDENCE and DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW VIOLATION and CONSPIRACY via PROFITEERING that resulted in a CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLAION.      As such, REMOVAL JURISDICTION SECTION 1443 applies and we are looking for DECLARATORY WITNESSES that are willing to TESTIFY via www.courtcall.com at the FEBRUARY 18th HEARING in White Plains New York via a NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT and Coutcall.
