Lade (lay-dee) is an organization that was created to inspire, encourage, and motivate women. Lade represents confidence and class. Our main objective is to empower and uplift ladies of all ages, in all aspects of life.
We believe our young women struggle from low self esteem and lack of confidence due to the way they have been treated, how others view them, peer pressure, and mostly how they view themselves. They either dismiss or are unaware of the "voice" they possess to make a positive impact.
Lade believes all women are beautiful and powerful beyond measure. It is lade's goal to stimulate the confidence that has been ingrained in us since birth.
