In this 3 part series will take a look at the ways to have profitable growth in your business. Good growth is through Profitablity, Organic, Differentiation, and it must be Sustainable. This is what we call Good Growth, versus Bad Growth, which is growth through cutting prices or Mergers & Acquisitions. If business growth cannot be sustainable, it is not considered profitable growth which is Good Growth. Price cutting will add profits for short-term, but profitable growth which is good growth is over a long-term. In this episode will discuss each area.
