How to know when it time to Pivot and change direction in business

You've started your business and have been going strong for a couple of years.  Now you feel as if you have reached a brick wall and need to decide if you need to change direction or keep moving in the direction.  How do you know which one to do?  There are ways to make that determination that will reveal the ideal situation and save a lot of time.  If your going in the wrong direction in business you will never get to your goal areas.
