NOW IS THE TIME TO THINK POSITIVE and to focus on all the Good in our lives. Now is the time to join hands with each other on the invisible plane and focus on STRENGTH and WELLNESS. Now is the time to visualize each one of us being strong, staying strong, and coming through the present challenges. And it’s also important to understand that by focusing on strength and the amazing powers within us, we not only lift our energy but we strengthen our immune systems. Scientists have now proven that thinking positive thoughts strengthens our immune systems and that by going into a panic and thinking fearful thoughts, we weaken our systems. In this program, Natalie will be talking to author and coach Barbara Berger about how we can lift our energy and focus on all the Good in our lives right here and right now.

American-born author Barbara Berger, educated at Sarah Lawrence College, who has written 15 self-empowerment books including her international bestseller "The Road to Power / Fast Food for the Soul" (now in 30 languages), "Are You Happy Now? 10 Ways to Live a Happy Life" (21 languages) and "The Awakening Human Being - A Guide to the Power of Mind". Her latest book "Find and Follow Your Inner Compass - Instant Guidance in an Age of Information Overload" was released in 2017.

In all her books, Barbara explores the incredible power of mind and how to use this power wisely. Her message is very relevant for everyone because an understanding of how the mind works is the key to living a happy life right now, regardless of outer events and circumstances.

All her books are based on her life work which has always been to try to find a way out of suffering. Her quest to ease suffering has led her to explore many different pathways and approaches - mental, physical, metaphysical, psychological and spiritual.
