The year is 1978 and is the year I made my shahadatain in Detroit, Michigan. This is the 3rd year of the Imam's leadership and what is presented tonight is a portion of a 4th Sunday address given on January 22, 1978.

I selected this audio for many reasons. It is my belief that the words presented are very much relevant today and shows how much on point G-d blesses our community with good leadership in IWDM.

Also, IT shows how much we as the community must work together to improve are lot.

I like how this audio presents to our youth TODAY where and what direction the community was at that time.
