The HR Happy Hour Show returns from summer vacation and welcomes back to the show author Kaya Oakes, to talk about her most recent book, Radical Reinvention: An Unlikely Return to the Catholic Church.

Ms. Oakes' book is about her journey back to the church after many years away, and how she attempts to come to terms as a progressive feminist in a church that at times seems to be clinging to its conservative past.

What does 'Radical Reninvention' have to do with the world of work, or any of the 'normal' issues this show has been about the last three years?

Probably nothing, but I loved the book, and I think the show will be fascinating for anyone interested in effecting change - whether in a religion, a corporation, a government, whatever.
