This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, we were joined by Dr. Tony Orsini, to talk about how to improve how we handle difficult conversations in the workplace. Dr. Orsini takes his years of experience as an ICU doctor who often has to communicate difficult news to patients and families and applies it to the many difficult conversations we have to have at work. Tony shared some of his tips and recommendations for HR and other business leaders to make these conversations better and more effective.

This was a really interesting show, thanks to Tony for joining us! Learn more at The Orsini Way
