This is pretty simple. There may be many things that we do well as individuals and we may look in awe of someone that does some things that we are not able to do well.
Have you ever really loved to do something that you're not very good at? How can you do something on a regular basis and not master it in some way. Are we just not genetically programmed to do some things? Afterall, we have seen that you don't have to be tall to play basketball well but for some reason we expect tall people to be good at basketball. Is that fair?
Why is it that there are some things that come so easily to us that it seems like we were born to do them? Why do some of us obsess about the things that we are weak at?
