Nowadays, couples are less demanding about what roles each other are supposed to play. Women are often the financial providers of the home and some men are satisfied with staying at home and taking care of the children, sort of like a house-husband.
Even when there are no children involved, it seems like couples' appraoch to cohabitation, marriage and being boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife has changed dramatically over the years.
Men are takiing care of the house and also assuming a less dominant role in the relationship.
Women are providing the primary income for the home. They are paying all the bills and controlling the financial affairs for the household and the family.
For some couples, even the way that they dress looks like they have sitched roles.
Should a woman have to get her own car fixed?
Should a man allow his woman to financially provide for him?
Do gender roles exist in this day and time anymore at all?
