Well, it's the beginning of a new year and lots of resolutions have been made, social media friends lists have been sanitized, gym memberships have been purchased, promises have been made, goals have been set and futures have been set.....again.

Why do we do it? Why do we wait until the beginning of the year to do it, instead of doing it the previous year when the need was fresh?

How long will we stay the course before it all had to be started abt the next year?

Why do we put ourselves out there that way, instead of silently doing what we are supposed to do?

How honest are we being with ourselves with all of this stuff? Is it all just for show?

Will 2019 really be yours?
