It's hard when you give your best to someone and it seems like they gave you their ass to kiss. It can make the pain feel worse and sometimes mess with your self-esteem. It's not easy to be vulnerable to some people. It might be easy to be vulnerable to anyone if your trust has been violated badly in the past. Have you ever heard someone speak highly of someone you have had a bad experience with? Like hearing someone heap praise upon the boyfriend or girlfriend who cheated on you, or rejected you. It can have you wondering how they pull the wool over the eyes of so many people? Is it possible that they are good to other people, just not you? Is it possible that they weren't really that bad to you either? It can be hard to rationalize logically when your feelings have been badly hurt, but there might be times when you have to. Have you been here? Let's go.

That's what we're talking about today at 1PM ET on The Urban Therapy with Sun Show. Check this out:  https://youtube.com/live/4kXEIyxOsUQ?feature=share
