Officer Jeff Watson and Dr. Maguire

Officer Jeff Watson has a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling and 11+ years of civilian law enforcement experience with the Titusville Police Department. His experiences range from Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Detective, Crime Suppression Unit, and Crisis Negotiation Team. He is also the Department's Accreditation Manager.

Officer Watson is also one of the founding members of the Titusville Police Department's Crisis Negotiation Team and was the team trainer. He has also had years of successful dealings in mental health crises and other family issues.

We will also discuss the daily pressures law enforcement personnel face on a day-to-day basis as well as the extensive training they are required to undertake in order to play such a critical role in the public's safety.
