Richard H.Gillmor running for Congress as an Independent

With the implementation of his proposed National Energy Policy, Cape Kennedy becomes home for the National Energy Resources and Development Center. This center will have the well-defined mission of eliminating U.S. dependence on fossil fuels from unfriendly foreign sources by 2020.

The NERADC Center will take advantage of existing infrastructure by utilizing the facilities that already exist at the cape, along with the rehiring of laid off engineers and scientists with the express goal of getting our country to a state of energy independence.

The twenty-five year mission is to find commercially viable replacements for the fossil fuels we now rely on.
