CARL LABOVE, SAM KINISON AND DWAYNE WADE

What happens when Hollywood gets the better of an individual?  Chaos!  Sometimes an entertainer begins to give him or herself entitlements they do not deserve and they can actually ruin the lives of those around him.

In the case of Sam Kinison, he and his friend Carl LaBove led their lives as entertainers. Carl's wife eventually got pregnant. From the moment her child was born  (a girl) everyone said "She looks just like Sam Kinison" not the father, Carl LaBove.

The State of California, since the baby was born to a married couple demanded Carl LaBove pay child support when he separated from his wife and subsequently divorced her.

In the case of Lucille Ball & Desi Arnaz, DNA proved the couple indeed had a daughter prior to the births of Lucie Arnaz and Desi Jr. In the case of Carl LaBove, DNA proved he is not the father but even so - the law expects him to pay child support. Since he's fought it - they've taken his passport, his driver's license and a host of other priviledges.
