Black community's response to 6/24/2013 Opening Statements

In spite of the Supreme Court ban against convening all white juries, they are still common place in the State of Florida.  How such a throwback to the forties and fifties still exists anywhere in this country is surprising and it’s exactly where the nation should begin its conversation about the racial divide.

Mark O’Mara leads the Zimmerman legal team. He has steadily fought the 25-to-life reality George faces but Don West now helps O’Mara shoulder this battle.

Today's opening remarks were very innective. Don West got lost in the weeds telling knock knock jokes and making a general fool of himself. Even the prosecution was embarrassed for him.
