We will read testimony of a Latino man in Duluth who was bullied and injured by a former Duluth police officer named Pete Stauber who is now a U.S. Congressman in Duluth, Minnesota.

Tonight's episode will include how four major states - Minnesota, New York, California and DC (district) are handling the protests, riots and looting.  We will discuss why the National Guard would seem sufficient for a crisis like this.  Are there enough police officers to corral after curfew protestors?  We will discuss mob rule, like how the town of Rosewood, Florida was destroyed by a white mob in 1923 (movie by John Singleton).  We discuss the Latasha Harlins case, when a Korean grocery store owner killed her for a $1.79 bottle of orange juice, which she thought Latasha was planning to steal.  This led in part to the Rodney King riots  We need more leaders to bring people together.
