Live Editing of manuscript on Lauretta Bender MD

I don't know if I'm going to be able to pull this off, but my plan is to try to read this on Talk with Tenney on Blog Talk Radio while I stream the document I am reading and live editing on Twitch. This is a live reading of Lauretta Bender, M.D.: The Children's Shock Doc as I prepare to send it for publication.  References are at the end of the recording. I go back and forth about whether to read parenthatical citatoins, sometimes I do, sometimes I do not.  This is a draft.  I will likely mention it if it seems relevant.
