About Flyboi Rich

PL, better known by his stage name FlyBoi Rich, is an American
rapper. He is currently an independent artist/Ceo of Dopeish
Records. Early Life FlyBoi Rich was born on the east side of
Detroit, Michigan. He grew up inspired by artists like Jay-Z, Tupac,
and more who informed his approach to recording raps, taking
great care to craft meaningful lyricism. He went to high school
and began to learn how to produce, create his own complete
songs, and collaborate with some like-minded friends. To hone
his craft, he began to battle rap with his peers. He fell on hard
times after graduation, getting his first experience with reality as
he struggled with the 80s Babies collective. After a short period,
he separated himself from the group and took on the name
FlyBoi Rich. Career In 2016, FlyBoi Rich released his first solo
song, “Detroit Dreams,” that amassed more than 200,000
streams in its first month. His first month. Flyboi Rich began to
make a name for himself in 2018 when he began to gather
serious traction not only in Detroit, but around the world as well.
He released songs like “Get to It” and “PSA” which broke his
previous streaming milestones. He collaborated with some of
Detroit’s hottest rising artists and began to garner acclaim from
local publication 4ShoMagazine, the platform that first
