Dr. Pamela is joined by author, LaTasha Woodcock and her friend, Felicia McGee, who share their experiences and expertise with finding purpose in the pain. Through their own series of heartbreaks, setbacks, and powerful comebacks, they have a story to tell and some words of wisdom to share.

About today's guest:

LaTasha has spent most of her adult life striving to reach her goals. Although she conceived four children out of wedlock, she did not let that hinder her from becoming the successful person that she is today. She conceived two of her children during high school but she was determined to graduate and further her education. The world, family and friends constantly told her how she would never be successful and have anything in life. Some people wanted to see her fall and hit rock bottom but LaTasha has always been a goal getter.

LaTasha enrolled herself in Augusta Technical College where she obtained a certification in Business Office Administration and later received a diploma in Business Office Technology. LaTasha was goal hungry and determined to further her education. In 2010, she pursued her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Master Degree in Business Administration in 2012 from University of Phoenix, Augusta, Georgia.

In 2015, LaTasha became a published author with Tandem Light Press. Her first book It’s Behind Her Smile was released in August, 2016.
