Dr. Mother Love chats with Brandon Ellis, Dancer, choreographer.

Brandon Ellis, Dancer  recently joined the stellar cast starring Leon Lamar, and Trina Braxton in the movie Sisters and the Shrink Pt. 2 on Amazon Prime. He began training in the performing arts at age 7. Ellis’ career spans well over 29 years of professional  experience in dance, teaching dance, choreography, acting,The Alvin Ailey American Dance Center and singing. Having had very strong training from The Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, Ellis had opportunity to tour the world as a principal dancer  demonstrations, workshops, and master classes at universities, public schools across the United States and abroad. 

He was accepted to Duke Ellington School of the Arts for the dance and theater departments, and later accepted to Hollins University’s MFA dance  in Frankfurt, Germany. Ellis has been afforded the opportunity to tour the world as a modern principal dancer with Regional modern dance companies such as, Alvin Ailey Repertory Ensemble, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, and Philadanco. 

Ellis has led and taught numerous dance lecture demonstrations, workshops, and master classes at universities, public schools across the United States and abroad. He was accepted to Duke Ellington School of the Arts for the dance and theater departments, and later accepted to Hollins University’s MFA dance program where he trained in Frankfurt, Germany.
