Kimlin holds herself personally accountable for bettering America as the founder of B-RELYT. Through the Mission and Vision of B-RELYT and her book, Authenticity, Accountability & Ambitions (AAA released 8/2018). AAA will take you on a journey of truth in an effort to guide all people on the path to success. Kimlin highlights a chapter on each of her kids, Joel Isaiah (son) and Tyler Milan (daughter). And she does not hold back on the challenges and triumphs of being Black in America. AAA’s target audience is College students.

Kimlin Johnson is the President & Founder of B-RELYT.  B-RELYT was founded in 2017 with the ultimate goal of bridging the STEM gap that exists for underserved and unserved students in Los Angeles County.  However, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, B-RELYT has expanded programming to other states. She obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Loyola Marymount University.

Mrs. Johnson worked at the Los Angeles County Sanitation District (www.lacsd.org) in Environmental Engineering for 25 years.  At the LACSD, Kimlin implemented policies and procedures that are still utilized today.  January 2018 Kimlin spoke at the Sanitation Districts Board Meeting, composed of Mayors, Representatives, and Council Members on Labor Relation solutions.  Serving underserved students' STEM needs is Kimlin's passion. B-RELYT has some great plans on the horizon.  Thank you to all of our current and future donors.  Your support is crucial to B-RELYT's success. Kimlin’s goal is to Publicly Speak to Colleges and universiies throughout the United States.
