George Nick studied at Yale University, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, and with Edwin Dickinson, and has taught at the University of Penn, the Massachusetts College of Art, and other places for over 54 years.
George Nick has had over 50, one-man shows in NYC, Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia, and many other cities. He has paintings in collections of the Metropolitan Museum in New York, Hirshhorn in Washington, D.C., the Museum Of Fine Arts in Boston, in Johannesburg, South Africa, in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and many more.
