Allison Scholl joined BGF in 2010 as a well-rounded leader. Working in the Charlottesville and UVA communities since 2007, she has built a reputation of integrity and success that fits perfectly with the BGF culture. Allison and her family moved to Charlottesville from Phoenix, AZ, where she worked as the Executive Director for the Glendale Family Development Center, serving at-risk families in the western Phoenix metropolitan area. For five years, Allison served as the founding President for Family Promise of Greater Phoenix, a non-profit organization housing homeless children and their families. Throughout her career in the non-profit sector, Allison has worked to recruit and foster relationships with local volunteers from such organizations as Madison House, United Way, Family Promise, and her home owners’ association. Allison earned her BA in business management from the University of Phoenix.
