Robert L. Johnson is the Executive Director of Region Ten Community Services Board, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-93), Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC), Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor II (NCAC), and Master Addictions Counselor (MAC). He is also the Director of the Office of Substance Abuse Services, member of the District 19 Community Services Board, and Chair of the Mayor’s Task Force on Substance Abuse Services – DC.

Established in 1969, Region Ten Community Services Board is part of a statewide network of 40 Community Service Boards working to provide mental health, intellectual disability and substance use services where they are needed – in the local community. An agency of local government, Region Ten CSB is committed to serving the residents of the City of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson. Region Ten has a reputation for providing exceptional service. We are a leader because our professional and caring staff offers a wide range of innovative, yet proven treatment methods.
