Dan is the Director of Strategic Mentoring, based in Charlottesville,  Dan is also the principal of Syntient.  Dan's Doctoral Degree is in Psychology from the University of Kansas. Dan's consultant expertise includes coaching for professional and personal development.  He brings a deep experience in working with married couples. He works to foster leadership skills based upon authentic communication, collaborative thinking and staff development.  He works within organizations to foster organizational capability at the individual, team and organizational levels. Dan is a speaker and teacher who places a strong emphasis on continuous learning; both for himself and in client organizations. His goal is to help client companies realize their untapped potential.
