TONIGHT 9PM- We are Up Close & Personal with the Family of Tayler Rock (Cowley County, Kansas) killed after a traffic stop. Sheriff Don Read recently provided a few more details about what led up to a deadly officer-involved shooting a couple weeks ago. Sheriff Read says, the deputy pulled over a driver for a traffic violation. Three minutes later the deputy called in that shots had been fired. Read says, the driver, identified as 22-year-old Tayler Rock, was in the car along with a one-year-old girl. At some point, shots were fired. Read would not say who fired shots.
