Roxie aka Roxamillion is a woman of real CHANGE. Take the time to meet woman who is a real  silent storm and she has been right here in our back yard.  A woman who is unapologetic about spending her Black Dollars with her Black Businesses to help rebuild her Black communities.  An incredible spirit who has given birth 3 years ago to a custom designed model of collective economics. She designed an organization which trains, motivates, empowers and educates women and entreprenuers.  A woman creating a movement helping to promote collective economics in communities all over America.  She is building the community she desires to see one business at a time.  She Underground Network Group is founded for us and customized by us.
