Being a Person of Influence with Callum Laing

Are you a person of influence?  What does that mean?  Who do you influence?

Whether we recognize it or not we all have influence in other people’s lives. What we do with this influence is what determines many fo the outcomes in our lives.

When we want to grow our company, what we are actually doing is growing our influence.  Our influence isnt based on how much we know as much as it is based on how well we can share with others what we do know.  You have heard it said that all you need to do is share what you have learned with someone who hasnt learned it yet.  THAT is being a person of influence!  And it is in the sharing of our life lessons, both or struggles and our victories that we truly connect with others.
