A relationship coach and counselor since earning her Masters’ degree in 1989, Marsha Dean Walker provides coaching and mediation services for couples in individual, group, and retreat settings, as well as conducting web-based e-learning programs. Counseling services can range from teen violence issues to motivation analysis, but her main focus has been coaching employees in the workplace on issues affecting workplace productivity.

Don is a former Army Chaplain, Pastor, and an entrepreneur for the last ten years. My experience has given me a unique opportunity and position to understand the unique challenges that entrepreneurs and business owners face along with their families. I have owned 4 business and met over 1,000 individual business owners. Two of my businesses were successful, one failed, and one I left to follow my passion in this pursuit.
