Alan Simberg has a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Counselor and Chemical Dependency Counselor.  He has over 40 years of professional experience counseling individuals, couples and families.  In addition, he is certified as an Applied Clinical Nutritionist and is a Certified NET Practitioner.  Alan combines his counseling knowledge and experience with his understanding of nutrition when he sees people in his private practice.  He believes that by addressing the relationship between body chemistry and psychological challenges people can be helped to achieve their therapeutic goals in a timely manner.

Alan’s Treatment Focus

Alan assists individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship and parenting challenges as well as those who are struggling with addiction recovery or abuse issues. He helps people to identify practical and realistic solutions to overcome their challenges and struggles and to achieve greater life satisfaction.
