Kim Baynes has been a successful dispute resolution and claim specialist and trainer in the telecommunication field for 15 years however this industry is very cyclical and the Baynes family had to move around the country several times while daughter Victoria was young. Kim found herself unemployed and could not find her niche in her field in Houston. She was determined to succeed, picked herself up, stated her resume was dead and used her gifts and talents to create and remake her perfect job as an event planner with her daughter called Itz 4 Kidz By Kidz. What started as a hobby of going to pageants, doing volunteer work for various organizations and working with media teams. Her daughter Victoria Baynes Lopez became a model, actress, entertainer, social activist, and now entrepreneur. As a "momager". Victoria and mom travel and are guest speakers on volunteerism in the NY and Texas market. Victoria Baynes Lopez has been given her own Television show on the Urban Houston Network filming this summer and a clothing line launch in August. We wish that a boy or girl will see the things 10 year old Victoria has done and dare to dream.
