Michele's beliefs are strong.  I believe that you treat people the way you want to be treated and then some.  I believe that going the extra mile is a way of life that is not to be questioned!  You treat all people, whether they are customers, employees, friends or family with respect.  I am a third generation entrepreneur and what I have been taught since birth is that customer service is your word!  I think people appreciate a firm handshake (even from a woman) and for someone to look them in the eyes when they are speaking.
