Life Changing Insights with Dr. Alan Simberg and his guest Caird Urquhart & Hailey Rose Barrett

With 18 years of experience in the film and television industry as a producer, casting director and actor, Caird Urquhart became a personal and business coach. After graduating from The Coaches Training Institute and being accredited by the International Coaches Federation, she founded New Road Coaching Inc. in October of 2005. Since then, Newroad has been working with entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, entertainers and graduate students to help them achieve the big picture possibilities of their lives. Caird’s hope as a coach is to be able to share the true magic of the entertainment industry; that dreams can become reality. Caird is no stranger to developing a successful business. For three generations she and her family have owned and operated the world-renowned Shouldice Hospital in Toronto. She currently serves as Vice President and a Director of the company.

Hailey Rose Barrett is a 1985 College graduate. Hailey is currently a Clinical Nurse educator and a Certified Diabetes Educator practicing in the Southeastern United States. She has two grown children and two step-children and resides a the city with her husband. Changing Lanes: From Hell to Heaven is about a young child, Hailey, that recounts her abusive childhood that l haunts her even as an adult. Hailey grew up in a large dysfunctional family, and lived in perpetual chaos with feelings of low self-worth. Her tumultuous childhood defined the only road she would ever know as a child.
