Hello, my name is David Wilks. Reaching the spot I have today was a path of lessons that can be compared apple to apples with the skills I have mastered. My adult life starts as a story of a distructful individual. Even in a place like that, you can learn lessons and skills that pull you to a better place. To rid my life of that path, I joined the Army as a Medic. This path also taught me many skills about presentation. How to properly line things up “dress right dress.” The importance of listening to the words projected, not necessarily how it is said. Past the Army, I pressed forward working in factories as lead positions and supervisor. Not satisfied with what I had to offer, I decided to attend college and change my path.

Wendy Huang, CEO of the China Success Institute, was born and raised in China and graduated from Northwestern University. Nicknamed, “The China Success Coach”, Ms. Huang coaches executives and professionals for success in Chinese language and culture. She is the author of the upcoming book series, Hot Trends in China 2016, an annual summary of China's fastest-growing consumer and business trends. Right after college, I started to tutor children in Mandarin, and I really enjoyed it, and the kids really liked it as well, so I decided to start a school. Over time, that evolved into teaching executives, as doing business in China has become an increasingly important part of business success.
