Life's Issues with Lauren Jawno with Her Guest Ellen & Jeff White:

Ellen White - How I grew from an inquisitive kid into a life coach. I’ve been developing my skills as a life coach since I was a teenager. Back then, I was an inquisitive, pudgy, little 13 year old with lots of questions about life.

• Why are there so many unhappy people in the world?
• How do I find happiness?
• What’s the deal with God/religion?
• Why don’t I believe what my grandparents believe?
• What’s spirituality?
• How does the universe work?

One of my most influential early teachers was my father. He’s an engineer, and back then, he would talk to me about metaphysics, saying things like: “Life is more illusion than reality. You become what you think, and what you think becomes your reality. Our outer experience is a reflection of our inner world. Life is like a big holographic mirror. To change your life, don’t look to change things on the outside, look to change them on the inside.”

Jeff White, is my glorious partner in life and in business too! In addition to being a classically trained actor, Jeff has a decade of experience in corporate coaching. He has coached staff from front-line employees to district and Senior VP's for many companies throughout Canada and the U.S. Jeff and I frequently work together to conduct seminars and keynotes. Currently we are developing our own life coaching show for television.
