WORKSHOP WEDNESDAYS RADIO WITH HOST TONY GAMBONE AND GUEST ALISON KERO & JUDY MACNAMEE:
Alison Kero grew up with 2 different organizational styles being modeled to her. One parent was precision neat while the other was a pack rat. Through her teenage and college years Alison lived more like her pack rat parent but when she became an adult and started living on her own, she searched for ways to easily get and stay organized.
When Alison became an organizer in 2004, she constantly searched for ways to make her clients lives and her own, easier through organization. However, minor amounts of clutter always tended to creep up in Alison's life, which she found frustrating and kind of exhausting. Finally Alison had a major "ah-ha Oprah moment" after reading a book about tidying up. She realized that using self love as her decision making tool she could create her best possible living space filled only with what she liked, used and needed.
Judy MacNamee, a former Intervention Specialist, has over 17 years of working with students struggling with disabilities. She earned both a B.S. and M.B.A from Ashland University and an M.S. degree in Education from Illinois State University. Earning the “Master Teacher” designation in the State of Ohio, Judy has implemented multiple strategies, programs and interventions that have paved the way for children’s successes.
She served on multiple committees within the District and was the first Special Needs teacher in her district in 2010-2011 to be selected by her peers as Teacher of the Year.
Judy has been featured on Daytime Columbus and in CityScene Magazine and her SAILS of STRENGTH Coaching process highlighted in national press releases. She provides speaking engagements around the state and has hosted numerous online webinars and a national Telesummit.
