Catherine Hogan is the Founder and Director of Inclusion Teaming, a non profit corporation.

The mission of Inclusion Teaming is to reduce bullying and facilitate talent through communication diversity training where challenged communicators and traditional communicators learn from each other.

Catherine is a licensed clinical social worker and certified school social worker. Catherine has devoted her career to understanding behavior in terms of brain based differences. Her interest developed at Smith College where she was an active member of the 504 Committee and the Mayor's Committee on Handicapped Affairs. Catherine worked in schools for special needs learners and began to recognize how interpretation of behavior is influenced by the limits of the observer's knowledge on how other great minds process information. Catherine was also a clinical supervisor at the Yale Child Study Center and an educational advocate. She is member of the ethics committee for the National Association of Social Workers, CT Chapter. Catherine founded Inclusion Teaming because she knew that challenged communicators needed real life opportunities to practice skills and traditional communicators needed knowledge that helped them integrate others effectively in school and workplace teams.
