Charmin Y. Anderson, Founder of C & A Enterprises, started her company as a platform for passionate individuals to receive overview information as well as refresher training after being active in the nonprofit community for over 9 years. With her being active in the nonprofit community for so long and providing 501(c)3 setup, consulting, and training to nonprofits, Charmin is known as an advisor and facilitator as she coaches nonprofit leaders that seek to achieve their performance goals to properly setup and operate while focusing on being a beacon in the community The author of “Behind My Smile, Every Woman’s Worst Nightmare” in which she continues to create a Community of Movement with all who cross her path. Charmin wants to make a difference in many cities by doing her part and reaching the community by giving the necessary tools to many different organizations that serve them. Ms. Anderson holds an Associates in Human Services with a concentration in Social Work, a Bachelor of Science in Humans Service Business Management, and a Masters in Organizational Performance all from Bellevue University. Charmin is on the Board of Directors for Hope With a Vizion, an organization that focuses on visual impairment awareness, where she serves as Vice-President.
