BJ Fletcher is the royal minister who explores the kingdom of God searching for righteousness. The many adventures of his journey are shared through his lectures, research, and writings. Most of his lectures and writings are based on his studies of the sociocultural aspects of sports, particularly its spiritual elements. These experiences are inspiring many in sports culture to embrace their divinity.

For the past 30 years, BJ has been either actively involved in sports culture as an athlete, coach, parent or passively involved as a business owner and community member. His many involvements showed him the sports culture from a variety of perspectives. Bj is convinced that success and failures in sports are determined by the same things that determine success and failure in life, a spiritual connection.
