Summer is a great season to enjoy the outdoors! Being a summer baby (born in June), it's my fave season. It's a season to enjoy the sunshine, outdoor activities, holidays and get-togethers. Some days may be comfortable due to bearable temperatures but other days when the temperature rises and becomes unbearable it can have an effect on our physiology. Dehydration is a common issue that arises during summer months, as well as anytime we do not provide the body with enough fluid.
