There is a known stigma that Athleticism is only for the young at heart! My Special Guest, Arthur Gee will have you convinced otherwise. Arthur lives in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada, where he raised three children on his own, worked full-time and was told by his physician he needed to begin exercising, he failed to listen. At the age of 59 years old, Arthur was inspired to begin his journey in the Athletic realm by training for one of the world's largest marathon.
