With so many body healing modalities out there, the one that keeps coming to mind is Rolfing. My Special Guest, Tina Myers, a Certified Rolfer and I discuss the art of Rolfing.

Rolfing is named after the creator, Dr Ida P. Rolf as structural integration which re-organizes the connective tissues (the fascia). The premise of this healing option is to think postural, think movement and to bring everything back into balance. Increase flexibility, correct postural position and leave the client feeling full of energy.
