Linda Henderson is the owner of Dallas’ favorite Fried Chicken restaurant. She is known as “The Queen of Fried Chicken.” The Dallas Observer has recognized her restaurant as the “Best Fried Chicken” in Dallas. She is motivated to turn Henderson Chicken into a household name across the United States and abroad. One of her goals is to develop her business into a nationwide franchise so that minorities can have the opportunity to become franchise owners.  Henderson chicken has been a staple of the Dallas-Fort Worth area for over 50 years. Our unique combination of seasonings coupled with extras like Jalapenos, Pickles, and White Bread is unique to Henderson’s name. We take pride in serving our community with affordable, delicious meals from any of our convenient locations.
