The Voice of Change hosts Joy Metcalfe for the 5th program in a series of six programs.  The title of the series is:  2012 Entering the Portal into 4th Dimension Consciousness.   Today's program is entitled:  Entering The Portal to the 4th Dimension in Time Space Consciousness.  Joy Metcalfe is an internationally known Holistic health Counselor, writer, lecturer, with over 30 years experience in her field as a Medical Intuitive and Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner.
